Joe Biden's "Build Back Better" agenda is not an American agenda. Alex Newman points out that "Build Back Better" is a term that originated and was approved for use in the United Nations in 2015.
Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015–2030
(https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/frameworks/sendaiframework)
"1. We, the Heads of State and Government, ministers and delegates participating in the Third United Nations World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction, have gathered from 14 to 18 March 2015 in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan, which has demonstrated a vibrant recovery from the great east Japan earthquake in March 2011."
"Moreover, it is necessary to continue strengthening good governance in disaster risk reduction strategies at the national, regional and global levels and improving preparedness and national coordination for disaster response, rehabilitation and reconstruction, and to use post-disaster recovery and reconstruction to “Build Back Better”, supported by strengthened modalities of international cooperation."
Given that "Build Back Better" is a slogan that has been used for longer than Joe Biden has been around, and that Joe Biden and other world leaders are increasingly using this slogan to indicate compliance with United Nations (world governance) goals, it is worth understanding what the source of "Build Back Better" is, and what it's tenets are.
Defining "Build Back Better"
The slogan has been brought to the forefront in recent times due to the Covid 19 pandemic, and the opportunities that this pandemic has provided to bring about world change in accordance with the global "17 Sustainable Goals" of the United Nations.
United Nations chief Antonio Guterres helps define the slogan and what it means for us.

In summary, this UN article describes the impact that Covid 19 has had on the world, and how this is an opportunity to “'build back better' to reorder the post-pandemic world".
As a part of the "build back better" agenda, countries will be encouraged to commit to aligning with United Nations principles. One of the primary principles is dealing with climate change.
Mr. Chearavannot, head of Thailand-based CP Group said:
"we are as committed to sustainable development as ever, if not more so: I think that COVID-19 is a reminder that we need to live sustainably and responsibly, and deal with the wellbeing and health aspects of how we live together, in a society. Despite the terrible toll of this pandemic, the impact of climate change poses a much greater threat to the continued existence of mankind."
He continues by addressing the need for a global solution:
"“For us, an important element was aligning with the UN Global Compact’s Business Principles (operating in ways that, at a minimum, meet fundamental responsibilities in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption), and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (the UN’s blueprint to achieve a better future for all).
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals can be found here.
The United States and "Build Back Better"
Joe Biden has brought the United States into this globalist agenda with both feet.
FACT SHEET: President Biden and G7 Leaders Launch Build Back Better World (B3W) Partnership
Quotes from the article:
"President Biden and G7 partners agreed to launch the bold new global infrastructure initiative Build Back Better World (B3W), a values-driven, high-standard, and transparent infrastructure partnership led by major democracies to help narrow the $40+ trillion infrastructure need in the developing world, which has been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic."
"Through B3W, the G7 and other like-minded partners will coordinate in mobilizing private-sector capital in four areas of focus—climate, health and health security, digital technology, and gender equity and equality—with catalytic investments from our respective development finance institutions."

B3W will be global in scope, from Latin America and the Caribbean to Africa to the Indo-Pacific. Different G7 partners will have different geographic orientations, but the sum of the initiative will cover low- and middle-income countries across the world."
This fact sheet, provided by the White House, clearly identifies their agenda as globalist.
"In announcing this partnership, the United States and its G7 partners are expressing a unified vision for global infrastructure development."
"Climate-Friendly. The investments will be made in a manner consistent with achieving the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement."

“Build Back Better”: Biden Rips Off Orwellian UN Slogan"

Alex Newman picked up on the connection between Joe Biden's use of the "Build Back Better" agenda and the globalist use of the agenda. He provides some good insight to the slogan, it's use, and where it is headed.
Relating to The Christian One World Government View
Joe Biden has proven that he is an enthusiastic supporter of globalism, aka "The New World Order", "The One World Government". For the Christian the above is pertinent information revealing the steady move to global governance. Here is an outline showing where we are at in the Biblical prophetic timeline.
For additional detail see (https://www.tojesusbeallglory.com/2020/09/the-times-of-gentiles.html)
One World Government
We are currently in the age of the "forth kingdom", an age in which the dominant form of government is imperialist rule. Near the end of this rule, the forth kingdom will appear fully matured on earth as a powerful single government with rule over the whole earth. When we look at the UN Goals and the nations indicating alliance with or subservience to the UN in programs such as "Build Back Better", we see the formation of centralized rule happening one step at a time.
Daniel refers to this later stage of the forth kingdom as one that will "devour the whole earth".
John refers to this kingdom as one that "is going to come on the whole world", and has "authority over every tribe, people, language and nation".
Luke also records the global nature of this kingdom, stating that "it will come on all those who live on the face of the whole earth".
These passages among others describe the global nature of the later stages of the forth kingdom. It would appear that we are in the early stages of the final state of this kingdom, as nations cede authority to the United Nations.
Dan 7:23 "He gave me this explanation: 'The fourth beast is a fourth kingdom that will appear on earth. It will be different from all the other kingdoms and will devour the whole earth, trampling it down and crushing it.
Rev 3:10 Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth.
Rev 13:7-8 It was given power to wage war against God's holy people and to conquer them. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation. (8) All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast--all whose names have not been written in the Lamb's book of life, the Lamb who was slain from the creation of the world.
Luk 21:35-36 For it will come on all those who live on the face of the whole earth. (36) Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man."
Conclusion
"Build Back Better" is a globalist slogan straight out of the UN. It is an agenda that is being adopted by multiple nations, not just America.
Joe Biden has stated that "the affirmative task we have before us now is to create a new world order". Joe Biden is a globalist, one world government advocate, in words and actions. His use of the term "Build Back Better" is indicative of his support and compliance with globalism.
When you hear Joe Biden use the term "Build Back Better", you should understand that there is a great deal being unsaid about that term, perhaps an intentional subterfuge for the American people who value freedom. Yet, it is clear that Joe Biden and his administration is aware of the full implications of the agenda as one of globalism, and as such appears to be giving globalist an in plain view high five indicating that he is on board.
